This dog toy was supposed to be indestructible. It has been destructed. The day I brought it home she tore the mouth off and pulled out stuffing. Then after my daughter fixed that -- she tore off the tail. So today I pulled all the stuffing out -- thinking that would be the end of it. The toy is reinforced with some kind of belt. This was this morning -- now it is really in pieces. I was trying to get a photo of it and she was grabbing it off the counter.

Today is a busy day. I had to drive to Zebulon to drop off a couple photos for the Puppy Love exhibit next month. On the way home I spotted this old building -- ruins actually -- on the side of the road. I am wondering if it was an old church. It was burned. There is a primitive cemetery on the grounds.

Out for a walk
Every night after dinner we walk Sadie -- even in the cold. She wears a coat when it is cold. I think the temperature today finally got over 32.
Thanks to everyone for all the comments on the blog. I am hoping to get around to all of your blogs to see how they are coming soon! Posting here and on Flickr and commenting on Flickr has kept me busy.
I am really glad I chose to have daily themes. It helps me have an idea of what I am shooting for (so to speak) from the beginning of the day.

Lines in the snow
This is the beginning of the second week of the project. So far -- so good. The photos have not been difficult to produce. I think I have a couple really great pictures in this first week. My 365 Project is now featured on the Fayette Woman website.
You can see we had snow last night. This is unusual for us. The photo today is the view out my back door onto the deck. Selective focus Friday is all about Lensbaby photos. It is not the only day I plan to use the lens. I used it earlier this week on Tuesday to get the bowl full of stars.
