I am sure most everyone is tired of hearing how Atlanta is not equipped to deal with winter weather. Believe me -- we are tired of it too. The usual snow/ice removal plan in Atlanta is called, "well, tomorrow it will be in the 50s again and all this will be gone." That did not happen this week and we were trapped for days due to ice and snow on the streets.

Wow, you're getting it there as well? This is nuts, Australia is flooding and we're getting record amounts of snowfall and temperatures that are enough to keep us indoors but we're nuts enough to go out in it anyways. The roads here are like a skating rink and the snow is piled so high here I'm running out of room to put it. Tonight I was heaving snow on top of the mounds that are here, crazy making!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what the rest of the world is experiencing for weather but now I want to find out.
Lovely photo, it's just unfortunate that this has to be under such horrid circumstances with the weather being the way it is.
